We really do need to erect a statue to the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation’s (ASIO) Spy Chief Mike Burgess.
Every three weeks countless lives are saved by this fearless hero and his intrepid team of counter-terrorism agents. Who knows how many of these courageous souls have been injured or worse in their sesquifortnightly battles with the terrorist hordes?

Cowardly critics impede ASIO’s mission
What these critics do not seem to understand, is that ASIO is under the purview of the Five Eyes Anglosphere intelligence alliance, which is itself limited by Israeli objectives. Mike is basically a gofer for Trump and Netanyahu, so it is clearly unjust to burden him with the blame for ASIO’s occasional fuckups.
Mike did his best to defend his underfunded and overperforming spy agency in a piece about Bondi in the aptly named The Australian. An Anglospheric broadsheet for conservative patriots (racists).
In deference to his operational parameters – he did not lay any blame on the Executive Council of Australian Jewry (ECAJ) or the Community Security Group (CSG), who should have arranged security at Bondi. Instead he blamed “leaders” (who refused to listen to his insightful warnings) and pro-Palestinian activists objecting to Israel’s mass slaughter and mutilation of children.
Mike made it very clear – that even though ASIO is charged with preventing terrorist attacks and ensuring people with links to terror organisations do not buy and accumulate firearms – ASIO was still entirely blameless for the Bondi tragedy.
As the famously objective Ms Markson stated, “Mr Burgess was the clearest and strongest voice articulating the changing threat environment that Jewish Australians faced.”
Mr Burgess told Senator James Paterson that antisemitism was “the No.1 priority in terms of threat to life”
A reality check for politicians
Politicians would have a greater understanding of the trials ASIO agents face, if they too had to fight trained assassins on the roofs of speeding trains, or were forced to swim naked with a KA-BAR clamped in their jaws through shark-infested waters. How would they fare, fighting a pack of killers for the only parachute in a burning plane spiralling towards the ground? Or being a honeypot for an overweight terrorist with halitosis and a skin condition?
These are the types of scenarios our boys and girls in ASIO are forced to face tri-hebdomally. We do not pay these heroes enough for their sacrifices, which is why Mike devoted so much of his Bondi article to funding.
Critics will point out that more Australians are killed falling out of bed than by terrorist attacks. Or that “… reducing the number of women and kids murdered in domestic violence by just 20% would save far more lives than have ever been lost to terrorism.”
This use of facts to muddy the waters, is a classic tactic used by terrorists and other anti-democratic forces to undermine the intelligence agencies standing between the citizenry and chaos.
Thankfully most of Australia’s political class is not swayed by appeals to logic or even ethics, as Australia’s newfound contempt for international law has evidenced. Australia’s shared values with the USA and Israel see us becoming a major player in armaments manufacture, surveillance technology and Artificial Intelligence.
The USA/UK/Australia are faring similarly under Zionist control
Only the Greens and some independents with similar communistic ideals are opposing Australia becoming a truly socially cohesive surveillance state with a monoculture based entirely on Anglospheric mores.
