When a Zionist planted a bomb on Theo’s vehicle in the name of Greater Israel and genocide, police took eight weeks to arrest him. This politically motivated bomb threat somehow escaped being treated as a terrorist attack.
Whereas Theo’s tongue-in-cheek Tweet saw him arrested in five days.
In case there is still any doubt about whether Theo is being persecuted by police and the Minns Zionist government, the continued refusal of bail should put that to rest.
Mr Herzog is due to kick off a visit to Australia in the wake of the antisemitic Bondi Beach terrorist attack in Sydney this weekend.
A magistrate said the comments were “serious and concerning” but granted bail.
Theo is not charged with issuing death threats but for inciting violence clearly a lesser charge.
Unfortunately in NSW, pro-Palestinian advocates are considered fortunate if police do not grievously injure them, so using bail conditions to punish Theo is not unexpected.
Hannah Thomas’ lawyer says he has instructions to proceed on a civil claim seeking compensation
for alleged police actions that he says led to her eye injury, which could lead to permanent vision loss
In NSW Zionists are handled with kid gloves as seen by the light sentence Theo’s Zionist bomb-threatening persecutor received. His defence lawyer even cited the Holocaust as a mitigating factor.
Magistrate Greenwood noted the defence’s argument that Wise had “persecutory delusions” associated with his Jewish heritage that were exacerbated by his mental health challenges.
“This offending arose because of persecutory delusions and beliefs you’ve had, you strongly identify with your culture and heritage and the terrible experiences of your family and others that suffered greatly during the holocaust,” she said in court.
This mitigation would be more believable if Wise had not threatened people opposed to genocide.
Premier Minns who many consider owned by Zionists, has set a tone of hostility toward pro-Palestinian activists in NSW, that normalises siding with the genocidal Israeli regime.
President Herzog’s incitement to genocide did not stop the Australian government formally inviting Herzog here, albeit after Jeremy Leibler of the Zionist Federation of Australia had already done so.
